Hi, I’m Cherry, also known as The Mural Lady, a Texas-based mural artist, creative entrepreneur, and founder of Meek Cherry Artistry.
For more than 5 years, I’ve been transforming blank walls into vibrant works of art that tell stories, celebrate communities, and create memorable experiences. From large-scale public art installations and hospital murals to schools, businesses, parks, and community spaces, my passion is using color and creativity to bring people together.
My work blends artistic vision with strategic design, helping organizations turn ordinary spaces into landmarks that inspire connection, attract visitors, and leave a lasting impression. Whether I’m painting a massive exterior mural, leading youth art programs, or mentoring aspiring artists, I believe art has the power to uplift, educate, and transform communities.
When I’m not painting walls, you’ll find me creating digital artwork, teaching art workshops, exploring new creative technologies, and finding innovative ways to make art accessible to everyone.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I am a self-taught artist whose creative journey began on canvas and grew into large-scale murals. Over the years, I’ve developed my own style and techniques using a variety of mediums, including Montana Gold spray paint, exterior house paint, acrylics, and mixed media. Today, I create murals and artwork that transform spaces, tell stories, and bring communities together.
