Meek Cherry Artistry is the art business of Cherry Meekins, based in Conroe, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit meekcherryartistry.com, request a quote, book a class or senior parking spot, or buy from our shop, and how we use and protect it.

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Meek Cherry Artistry. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the site. Questions about this policy can go to meekcherryartistry@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our website platform and tools may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that sent you here. Some of this is collected through cookies (see Cookies below).

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Reply to your questions and send mural quotes and design mockups
  • Process, ship, and support your shop orders, including returns and order updates
  • Schedule and run art classes, workshops, and senior parking spot sessions
  • Keep records for taxes and accounting
  • Keep the site secure and working, and understand which pages visitors use

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves when you visit a website. We use them to:

  • Keep items in your shopping cart and complete checkout
  • Remember your login if you create an account
  • See how many people visit and which pages they view

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the cart and checkout may not work.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep order and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep quote, class, and booking details as long as we need them to finish the project and answer follow-up questions, then delete what we no longer need.

Our site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments go through PayPal and Stripe’s secure checkout. No website is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information and keep it only where it’s needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that’s wrong
  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it for taxes, an open order, or another legal reason
  • Stop sending you marketing emails

To make a request, email meekcherryartistry@gmail.com. We’ll reply within 45 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Children’s privacy

Our site is meant for adults. Children under 13 should not send us personal information. Bookings for kids’ classes and senior parking spots should be made by a parent or guardian.

We may share photos of finished artwork, such as a painted parking spot, on our site and social media. We’ll ask a parent or guardian before posting any photo that shows a minor’s face or full name. If you believe a child sent us information without permission, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our business changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
